Bike = good friend!
We are of the same opinion as the organisers of the Bike for Life series. We support the whole venture. We are aware that children's cycling is booming: opportunities are expanding, equipment is improving, and above all, the interest of the children themselves is growing. Movement should be an obvious part of the lives of children and the whole family, regular physical activity keeps you in good health and mental health. But without the right motivation, young athletes will not enjoy sport.
